Sewage Ejector Pumps

Whether you’re looking for a new install, or having issues with your sewage ejector pump, ZSL is highly educated on getting yours up and running smoothly!

Who benefits from a sewar ejector pump?

Do you have any plumbing fixtures, a toilet, or washing machine below the main sewer or septic line of your home or business (in your basement)? A sewage ejector pump will manage your waste water by pumping it up and out of your home where it belongs. Without this system the waste naturally flows right back into your home, causing significant trouble for your home and pocket.

How do I know if my current sewage ejector pump is failing?

  • Flooding
  • Dirty water
  • Loud rattling or grinding noises
  •  Failure to start
  • Bad odors
  • The system is constantly running.

Slab Leaks

Do you have a full basement in your home? If you don’t then likely your house is sitting on a slab. This means most of your heating and domestic water lines are underneath that concrete. As we all know nothing lasts forever and there is a chance that these pipes are leaking, broken or cracked under your ground. A good indicator of this is going to be hearing water running when nothing is on. Receiving an unusually high water bill. Wet or hot spots on your floor. In the cases of the leak being on hot water or heating lines, you may notice your water heater or boiler running more than usual and not getting hot.

At ZSL we have many solutions for your problems. Our professional team will work on locating these leaks and give you options of solutions that will fix your problems and fit your budget.

Water Filtration

Do you know what your water content is?

A good percentage of us don’t. Much of the water from your tap is likely to contain contaminants such as chlorine, heavy metals, PFOS, assorted hormones, pesticides, and more. According to the Environmental Working Group who has tested drinking water in all 50 states say that the water is not clean. This group found that roughly 85 percent of the population is using tap water that’s laced with over 300 contaminants. On top of that, the federal government has not set any limits on more than 160 of the contaminants that were found. It is also said that the contaminants that have a set legal level deemed to be “safe” still pose health risks .

We do no not only drink the water. We use water for a lot of different things: cooking, washing dishes, showers, etc. When using the hot water it creates steamy vapors especially while showering. These vapors are also packed with contaminants that we are breathing in. Thankfully, a whole house water filtration system will purify your water so you can breathe in cleaner, fresher steam and air.

All of these impurities in the water are also contributing to the breakdown of your plumbing system . Many issues that are seen from these impurities in the water are : Pitting in piping, gaskets and o-rings on fixtures wearing away, heat exchangers built up with excess scale , clogged faucets, stained plumbing fixtures and more.

With this being said you can tell how beneficial water filtration can be to you and your plumbing system.

Cleaner Water =

No bottled water
Fresher air in steamy areas
Cleaner healthier skin
Better tasting water, ice, food, and drinks
Less wear and tear on plumbing systems

Water Heaters

We provide proper sizing, installation, service and maintenance for all waters heaters . It is important to service your water heater to the manufacturers recommendation. We recommend doing this yearly to keep up with the efficiency of your unit while providing you with the longest lasting hot water each unit can deliver.

Each Home or business is unique to itself and has its own demands for hot water. For a new install, we can determine the amount of hot water necessary for each establishment and size accordingly for every customer’s needs.

Tankless Water Heaters — also called on-demand, or instant-on water heaters, are water heaters that instantly heat water as it flows through the device, and do not retain any water internally except for what is in the heat exchanger coil. These can be fueled by natural gas, propane, or electricity.

Natural gas or propane Water Heater— A tank that heats water from a gas-fired burner located at the bottom of the tank. Hot water starts at the bottom and rises upward to supply the facility with hot water.

Electric Water Heater—A tank that heats water with high-voltage electric elements that run through the tank. Water is heated starting at the center of the tank, radiating outward.

Indirect Water Heaters— A tank that uses the main boiler to heat a fluid that is circulated through a heat exchanger inside the storage tank indirectly heating the water.

Oil-fired Water Heater— A tank that heats water from an oil-fired burner located at the bottom of the tank. Hot water starts at the bottom and rises upward to supply the facility with hot water.
